Are You Insured?

Re-moo-vals.com have goods-in-transit insurance of £50,000. Our team also have public liability for up to £2,000,000.

Do I Need a Deposit?

No deposit is needed for cash or bank transfer relocations. A 50% deposit is required if you are paying on the day with a cheque.

What Areas Do You Cover?

East and West Sussex mainly. However, we are happy to accommodate further afield and long distance.

How Do I Pay?

Payment is made by cash or bank transfer on the final day of the relocation. It is completed when you sign the sheet to confirm satisfaction. Our team are happy to receive cheques. However, payment of cheques is to be received five-days-prior to the move date. This allows the payment to be cleared. If you cannot do this, a 50% deposit must be arranged.

Do You Plumb and Uninstall Washing Machines?

Our team are happy to decommission washing machines if they feel it is safe to do so. This is only completed if there is no risk of damage to the equipment. See the terms and conditions for more information.

Do You Disassemble and Reassemble Furniture?

If discussed and agreed at the initial meeting, our staff carry this out to the best of their ability. See the terms and conditions for more information.

How Much Notice Do You Require?

It’s always best to give as much notice as possible, as this helps our experts plan your move. We do appreciate that exchanging contracts and moving dates change, so any free quote that we provide is valid for 6 months.
